I have dry cuticles, thin nails and I dont bite but i pick at my skin. Any suggestions? - dry cuticles

I used to wear acrylic nails a year ago. Now that I have tried to grow, nails and horrible. I put my hand and nails in vasaline almost every night. They are dry and cracked, and worse, as I pill the skin back. I want to find just the product that works. I tried lotions, cuticle oil manicure or the name I have tried. Suggestions ?????
